Inquiry into housebuilders' access to finance

By way of information for all our clients in the housebuilding industry, The All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for SME Housebuilders has launched a new inquiry into issues which are faced by smaller housebuilders when needing to access finance.

The inquiry will examine how small building companies are affected by issues such as planning delays, stretch funding and modern methods of construction, along with the effects of the current economic climate.
